2022/23 Ghana Premier League Week 21: Kotoku Royals fight to beat Bechem Utd 3-1

Kotoko Royals continued their fight to avoid relegation at the end of the ongoing season on Sunday when the team locked horns with Bechem United.

In a Week 21 encounter of the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League season, the team put up a spirited performance to cruise to a shocking 3-1 defeat against the Hunters.

Today, Kotoku Royals took the lead as early as the 17^th minute when Francis Andy Kumi found the back of the Bechem United net.

Shortly after in the 23^rd minute, Collins Kofi Cudjoe equalised with a fine strike against the run of play to double the lead for the home team.

With the two goals giving Kotoko Royals the advantage at halftime, the team was confident of securing the maximum three points.

Although Bechem United scored in the 55^th minute through Kofi Agbesimah to halve the deficit, Kotoko Royals sealed the 3-1 win in injury time when Richard Dzikoe scored.
