A fire has gutted a fitting shop at the Akyem Oda Red Cross behind a man called Who Say’s house this morning around 9am destroying about 5 shops in the area.
According to some witnesses, they saw the fire from one of the shops but thought it was the shop owner burning something but rushed there when the intensity increased.
An officer of the Ghana National Fire Services, Akyem Oda, ADO2 Kwasi Abavana, who was at the scene with his squad also detailed how it happened.
