Information gathered by TodayGhanaMedia.com indicates that, the former Ashanti Regional Minister, who was also former Health Minister under the former president, late Jerry John Rawlings’ administration, Hon. Samuel Nuamah Donkor has passed at the age of 64 years.
The was confirmed by Member of Parliament for Builsa South Constituency in the Upper East Region, Hon. Clement Apaak and Ras Mubarak, former Kumbungu Member of Parliament ina separate Facebook post on 15th of August, 2022.
Multiple reports from various news outlets have has also confirmed that he died on Sunday, August 13, 2022.
However, the cause of his death is currently not known but close relations have been paying glowing tributes of him on social media.
He served diligently as one of the best Regional Ministers and was one time the Managing Director of STC
