Kotoku Royals Maul Dreams  3-0 In Dawu

Akyem-Oda based side Kotoku Royals FC has recorded their fourth win in the ongoing Ghana Premier League  tournament on Wednesday, 3rd February, 2024.

Kotoku Royals returned to winning ways with an emphatic 3-0 win against Dreams FC at the Dawu Sports Stadium (Theatre of Dreams).

It was a shocking results as Kotoku Royals who were playing away from home thrashed Dreams FC at their own backyard.

Kotoku Royals picked their first win after going four games without a win.

The two teams created a lot of chances but were unable to score in the first half.

Kotoku Royals missed the opportunity to score in the first half after missing from the spot kick.

After recess, Kotoku Royals opened scoring through Collins Kudjoe in the 59th minute with a nice effort.

Andy Francis Kumi continued with his fine form scoring his fifth goal in six games for the club

Collins Kudjoe got his brace in the 79th minute to seal the win for Kotoku Royals at the Theatre of Dreams.

Dreams FC have been in good patch of form this season winning their last three games in the ongoing Ghana Premier League.

The Still Believe side recorded wins against Asante Kotoko, Bibiani Gold Stars and defeating Liberty Professionals in the MTN FA Cup.

The last meeting between the two sides in the Ghana Premier League saw Dreams FC defeating Kotoku Royals by a lone goal at the Theatre of Dreams, Dawu. / 93.3 FM
