The parliamentary candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) for Akim Oda constituency in the Eastern Region, Hon. Jones Asante has reviewed that the NDC government thinks about Akim Oda constituency during the tenor of office more than the NPP government.
He further explained to Aboozigi 93.3 Mhz that the NDC has done a lot for Akim Oda when they were in power. They made provisions for facilities like the ultramodern theater for the Oda government hospital.
Moreover he added that, the NPP government cannot be compared to the NDC government in terms of developmental projects in Akim Oda.

Hon Jones stated emphatically that, Hon Alexander Akwasi Acquah who is his co aspirant thinks that since 1996 the seat of Akim Oda has been in favour of the NPP government so he will win by all means, but never not this time.
“I know what I’m doing on grounds”. The Akim Oda asphalt is just 3inches he added. We are expecting NPP to do roads in Quarters Top, Community 6 and others.
