Obuoba, Costy, DJ Fish, Joshua Agyenim And Adwenpa-Hene Grabs Akim Oda Excellence And Media Awards Nominations

Ahenkan 93.3 FM Presenters occupied the first position as the most nominated media personals with 7 nominations at the main edition of the Akim Oda Excellence And Media Awards.

Ahenkan FM’s morning show host, Obuoba Ofori Amanfo has been nominated for Radio Personality of the year & Morning show host of the year.

Adwenpa-Hene Kofi Mensah who is the station’s Morning Show Producer and Head Of Online also nominated for Radio Producer of the year & Outstanding Blogger/ Social Media Influencer.

Joshua Kwabena Agyenim, the Sports Head was also nominated for Sports Presenter Of the year.

The Mid-morning show and Show biz 933 host, Kwabena Costy grabbed entertainment Show Host of the year nomination whiles DJ Fish was nominated as Best DJ of the year

The final nomination list for the maiden edition Akim Oda Excellence And Media Awards has been unveiled.

The nominees’ announcement was aired today, January 3 , 2022, on Akim Oda Excellence And Media Awards Facebook official page.

The Academy, in the past weeks, went through all the necessary processes of analyzing, sifting, and whittling down the entries to the required numbers for nominations.

Earlier, creatives were asked to file for nomination for the awards.

The Akim Oda Excellence And Media Awards seeks to recognise and celebrate entertainers, entertainment industry players and Media Personalities, who have distinguished themselves in the practice of their art and in their chosen fields of endeavour in the Akim enclaves.

It also aims at leading the way in sanitizing and transforming Akim’s entertainment scene, in a bid to create artistic products that can firmly compete on any global stage.

The scheme covers areas such as sports, music, film, fashion, photography, media, comedy, among others.

Organisers has also made it known that voting starts on January 7, 2022 and ends in the month of February.
