The Administrator of Royal Ann College Of Health, Mr. John Kwame Duodu popularly known as, ‘Sir John’ has been Honored for his contribution to Youth Development and Philanthropic works on Saturday, 15th January 2022 at the just ended Floodlight Media Excellence Awards in Kumasi, Marigold Hotel.
Describing the impact of the native of Atwima Nwabiagya South, Mr Sir John, the Chief Executive Officer of Floodlight Media Excellence Awards, Acquah Augustine described him as a selfless young politician whose love and kind-heartedness towards the poor, needy and less privileged in society is worth emulating.
” I believe these actions will also motivate others and the young ones to also aspire to be great men and women for our beloved country.”
Citation
The citation which accompanied his plaque reads: “In recognition of your exceptional service and dedication to the rejected in society and bringing the plight of the downtrodden to light and helping the helpless in the Ghanaian society. In this regard, Floodlight Media Excellence Awards would like to celebrate you for your good works. Conglratulations to your contributions to communities and humanitarian services”.
“You have raised the profile of young people across the African Continent and your story and achievements must be used to inspire more people.”
Appreciation
Addressing the gathering after receiving a citation and plague, the NPP Ashanti Regional Medical Team Member thanked the organizers for acknowledging his efforts and contribution to national development.
He said the honorary comes as a booster to continue to exhibit exemplary leadership hinged on nothing else but development, compassion and people-first.
“We are resilient people committed to building confidence in the youth which is united and at peace with ourselves. This underpins my individual initiatives to tool our farmers, empower the youth and women, care about their health, and to support the needy,”
He said over the years, he has received various awards, “but this is one of the prestigious awards received this year. I’m grateful to the management to floodlight Media Excellence Awards”.
He continued “I thank the organizers, once again, for the award. It is good to be able to show that standing out for the ordinary people in our society has its rewards. May God bless us all and the peoples of Atwima Nwabiagya South Constituency and Ghana.”
